We have known Kay as a realtor for close to 10 years. She is extremely diligent and detail oriented. She works with an efficient team of lenders/brokers, photographers and title experts to ensure as smooth a transaction a real-estate deal can possibly get. Kay found for me a most impressive couple to rent my at the time new town home. This couple was from out of state, and Kay had provided to me a complete package consisting of references for my prospective tenants, pictures of how they kept up their departing residence, financial data, and a nice profile package of who they were. I was sold on renting to them prior to meeting them. They proved to be perfect tenants staying for a number of years, paying always on time, keeping the place clean and leaving it in such good condition that I did not even need to send in a cleaning crew 

Someone who had a realtor friend

I have a very close friend who I know right from childhood and has always been my Realtor. I approached him as always to help us sell our house which is underwater by a huge margin and we couldn't get our bank to work out a decent interest rate. He suggested such sales need a very hardworking and dedicated Realtor who can deal with the bank and buyers and he recommended Kay to us. Without second thoughts we decided to assign her the job of selling our house. From the day house is listed for sale to the day of closing which spanned around 90-days, it was a roller coaster ride for us emotionally. We were surprised she went out of her way to help us deal with this emotional process as it involved back and forth negotiations with bank and buyers who were getting nervous as the closing day approached. She used a very efficient Title company who dealt with the bank all along and we never had to call or talk to the bank in this entire process except few times before the closing. She made sure with the settlement that after the sale we will have no financial obligations with the bank, etc and it all ended for us peaceful. She also made sure we were able to move out in a timely fashion without having to vacate to early or too late as the final closing date is never certain when bank negotiations are involved. She found us a wonderful house to rent as well. I recommend her strongly for anyone looking to sell their house. She knows to market your house well in several different channels.  She even had several back up buyers for our house all ready to close in case the primary walks out on the last.
